Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CareVaan website and platform. By using CareVaan you agree to these terms. If you use CareVaan through your employer, your employer's agreement with CareVaan also applies.
What CareVaan provides
CareVaan provides unlimited digital wellness tools (such as an AI companion, daily check-ins, games, pulse surveys and healthy activities) and confidential live coaching sessions delivered by professional coaches, made available through company plans with annual session pools.
Not medical or clinical care
CareVaan is a coaching and wellness service. It is not a medical, clinical therapy, psychiatric or emergency service, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
Accounts and eligibility
Access is usually provided by your employer. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
Session pools and overages
Live coaching sessions are drawn from your company's annual session pool and may be subject to soft personal limits. Once a pool is used, additional sessions may be available at the overage rate agreed with your employer. Digital tools remain available as described in your company's plan.
Acceptable use
Please use CareVaan respectfully. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other people's information, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Confidentiality and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. In particular, coaching and conversation content is confidential and company administrators receive only aggregate, anonymised data.
Intellectual property
The CareVaan platform, content and brand belong to CareVaan or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to use the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CareVaan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
